Logistics and Venue Coordination: Work closely with clients to determine the party location, ensuring it aligns with safety and space requirements. Organize logistics, including decorations, seating arrangements, and any necessary equipment. Entertainment and Activities: Plan and organize entertainment and activities based on the chosen theme. Source and coordinate with entertainers, face painters, and other performers as needed. Decorations and Ambiance: Design and implement visually appealing decorations that complement the chosen theme. Ensure the overall ambiance enhances the celebratory atmosphere of the party. Catering and Refreshments: Collaborate with catering services or manage food arrangements. Consider dietary restrictions and preferences to provide a diverse and enjoyable menu.
