What can you expect?
At Les Amis Education, our role is crucial in planning and executing educational and fun outings for children during the school holidays.
Our Vacation care service involves creating a stimulating and safe environment for various age groups, organising engaging activities, and ensuring a memorable vacation care experience for all children.
Educational Outings Planning:
Our team develops and plans educational outings that cater to the diverse age groups participating in the vacation care program. Align activities with learning objectives, incorporating elements of exploration, cultural experiences, and hands-on learning. We create a balanced program that caters to both younger and older children, ensuring inclusivity. We aim to incorporate a variety of experiences including arts, science, and physical activities. Depending on each families needs, we plan activities at clients home or at appropriate locations (local parks, library, museums, play centres etc). We also offer a buddy program, for families to come together, and children to make new friends!
Safety and Well-being:
We prioritise the safety and well-being at all times, of all the children in our care.
We ensure safety protocols and guidelines are followed, ensuring a secure environment for all explorers.
Communication with Parents:
Open communication with parents is maintained at all times, through wished communication (message, phone calls,..) We ensure all information is shared, with details of planned outings, educational objectives, and any specific excursions and or activities.
We gather feedback from parents to continually enhance our vacation care program.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Our activities and outings accommodate the varying interests and needs of children.
We plan accordingly based on weather conditions or unexpected changes.
Inclusive Environment:
We aim to foster an inclusive and supportive environment that values diversity and ensure that all children, regardless of age or background, feel included and engaged in our vacation care program.
